Privacy Policy

Adtrip Translate (“the App”) is operated by Adtrip Sp. z o.o., ul. Wincentego Pola 27, Lok. 2-34, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what data the App processes when you install it on your Shopify store.

Data we process

• Store content: product, collection, blog, page and store-policy texts, read via the Shopify Admin API solely to produce and register translations on your store.
• Store metadata: your store domain, published languages, plan selection, glossary terms you add, and translation job statistics (word counts, timestamps).
• Authentication tokens issued by Shopify, stored encrypted and used only to access your store’s Admin API.

Data we do not process

The App does not read, collect or store any personal data of your customers (names, addresses, e-mails, orders, payment data). We do not use tracking cookies and we do not sell data to anyone.

Sub-processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. — application hosting and data storage.
• Anthropic, PBC — store content is sent to the Claude API to generate translations. Content sent for translation is not used to train models.

Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, access tokens are revoked. Upon receiving Shopify’s shop/redact webhook (48 hours after uninstall) all stored data for your shop — settings, glossary, job history and usage counters — is permanently deleted.

GDPR

We comply with Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Since the App stores no customer personal data, data requests are acknowledged with an empty result.
